At Cowboy Karaoke Family Vintage, your joy matters most. If something doesn’t feel quite right, we offer a 7-day return policy for store credit.

Our treasures are vintage and pre-loved, so light signs of wear (we call it charm!) may be present. We do our best to describe every piece clearly with honest photos and details.

To start a return, email us at cowboykaraokefv@outlook.com within 7 days of receiving your order.

Returned items must:

• be unworn and unwashed

• be in original condition

• include proof of purchase

• be approved by our team before sending back

Once we receive your item, please allow up to 3 business days for us to process your store credit.

📦 Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility, and original shipping costs are non-refundable.
