Processing Time
All orders are processed within 3 business days (Monday to Friday). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
We ship using Australia Post.

• Domestic (Australia):

  • Flat rate: $10 AUD

  • Free shipping on all orders over $150 AUD

  • Estimated delivery: 4–7 business days from dispatch

• International Shipping:
  We currently ship to select international countries. Shipping rates and delivery times will vary based on destination and will be calculated at checkout. Please note that customers are responsible for any customs duties or taxes incurred.

Shipping Days
Orders are shipped Monday through Friday. We do not ship on weekends or public holidays.
