At Cowboy Karaoke Family Vintage, your joy matters most. If something doesn’t feel quite right, we offer a 7-day return policy for store credit.

Our treasures are vintage and pre-loved, so light signs of wear (we call it charm!) may be present. We do our best to describe every piece clearly, with honest photos and details.

To start a return, just email cowboykaraokefv@outlook.com com within 7 days of receiving your order. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned in original condition with proof of purchase. Once we get your item, please give us up to 3 days to process your return.

Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility, and original shipping costs are non-refundable. Be sure to keep your tracking info—just in case!
